- WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number which will be emailed to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact me as soon as possible.
- ORDER CANCELLATIONS -
- Customers WILL NOT be able to cancel their order once the order is placed.

- WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders are processed within 7-10 business days of purchase. We try to work on orders as soon as possible to minimize the wait time. All of our orders ship via USPS. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
- ADDRESS ERRORS
Please ensure your address is entered correctly. Packages returned to me will be shipped again at the cost of the customer. If it’s an error on our end we will cover the shipping costs.
Unfortunately, once a package is shown as "DELIVERED" it is no longer our responsibility and out of our hands. A package with a tracking status of "DELIVERED" is our indicator that the package did arrive at your place of residence/business/etc. We understand that things can happen to a package after it is delivered, which is why we recommend that you contact your local post office to file a claim or complete a missing/lost mail form.
NO Returns If you purchase a new item because you lost an item, then find said item unfortunately, there will not be any refunds.
NO Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at esthimoon@gmail.com and we will get you taken care of.
Shipping
You will be responsible for entering your correct address.
